Why this

10-week group

exists

You’ve read the Dead Man Manifesto.

You’ve resonated with the confessions.

You’re ready for more, but not sure if you can commit to 21 weeks.

This is your invitation.

10 weeks. 10 tenets. 1 crucified life.

This is a founding cohort of men who will walk the first half of the Formation Group pathway.

We’ll dive deep into the 10 confessions of a Kingdom leader, with high challenge, deep accountability, and pastoral guidance along the way.

You don’t need hype.

You need holy ground and a band of brothers to walk it with.

What this

10-Week Group

This 10-week group walks through the 10 Tenets of the Dead Man Manifesto:

  1. A Dead Man is Surrendered

  2. A Dead Man is Faithful

  3. A Dead Man is Righteous

  4. A Dead Man is Attentive

  5. A Dead Man is Obedient

  6. A Dead Man is Known

  7. A Dead Man is Humble

  8. A Dead Man is Free

  9. A Dead Man is Generational

  10. A Dead Man is Eternal

Each week includes:

  • A core teaching and confession

  • Group session with guided reflection and challenge

  • Application to your real life: leadership, marriage, work, calling

  • Pastoral support and brotherhood that won’t let you shrink back

Who is

this for?

You’re in your 30s, 40s, or 50s.

You’ve built something. Led something. Sacrificed for something.

But you know there's more.

  • More to Jesus than what most churches talk about

  • More to Scripture than what you’ve understood

  • More to your calling than what you've walked in

You feel it in your bones.

You’re not the only one.

This is for men who are ready to stop pretending and are:

  • Hungry for depth, not just more information

  • Spiritually ready, but not yet formed

  • Leaders and family men who want significance beyond “success”

  • Willing to go first—to lead from the inside out

What makes

This Group

Different?

This isn’t Christian self-help.

It’s not a productivity group with Bible verses.

This is a crucified path.

Not a better version of yourself—

a new man formed in Christ.

This is spiritual formation that strengthens your:

  • Character

  • Emotional resilience

  • Relational intelligence

  • Discernment and decision-making

That’s why many men deduct the investment as a professional development expense.

FAQs

  • This isn’t just a group. It’s a crucible.
Dead Man Formation Groups walk men through a high-commitment journey of death to self, daily surrender, and formation into the image of Christ.

It’s not about adding knowledge. It’s about living a new life.
Each group is guided by trained facilitators and follows a proven pathway of identity, discipline, Scripture, brotherhood, and Kingdom obedience.

  • These groups are for midlife men, typically 35 to 55, who are leading in life but starving in spirit.
Entrepreneurs, fathers, pastors, executives, and high-capacity professionals who are done with shallow religion and ready for deep transformation.

If you long for more of Christ, more clarity in calling, and more strength to lead, this is for you.
Especially if you feel the weight of responsibility but lack the inner life to carry it well.

  • Most groups focus on fellowship, not formation.
This path is built on three progressive levels:

    • Level 1: Identity + Disciplines

    • Level 2: Scriptural Fluency + Gifts

    • Level 3: Spiritual Warfare + Kingdom Leadership

It’s not just a study or a support circle. It’s sacred training to rebuild your life from the inside out.

  • No.
This is not coaching, therapy, or consulting.

Dead Man Formation Groups are a practical, immersive journey into a new way of living through daily surrender, spiritual practices, biblical fluency, brotherhood, and obedient response to the Holy Spirit.

    We don’t hand you concepts.
We walk with you as you build a crucified life that shapes how you lead, love, and live every day.

  • Each level is 21 weeks.
Men meet weekly on Zoom for 90 minutes, with intentional assignments and daily practices between sessions.

Groups are capped at 12 men and led by trained facilitators who’ve walked this road themselves.
You won’t be left to figure it out alone.

  • $1,000 per month.

    This covers:

    • Weekly facilitation and session materials

    • Formation content and guided practices

    • Optional live meetups on Florida’s Emerald Coast

    • Access to spiritual direction and staff support

Some scholarship opportunities are available for qualified applicants.

  • In many cases, yes.

Formation Groups strengthen the very foundation leadership is built on:

    • Character

    • Emotional resilience

    • Relational intelligence

    • Discernment and decision-making under pressure

That’s why many business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives choose to deduct it as a professional development or continuing education expense.

Always consult your tax advisor to determine your eligibility.
Receipts are available upon request and may include a professional development summary.

  • Yes.
We believe no surrendered man should be kept from formation due to finances.

Limited scholarships are available for each cohort and awarded based on both readiness and need.
There’s a section in the application where you can request consideration.

  • We expect consistency—but we lead with grace.

Life happens. Each session is recorded privately for replay. Facilitators will help you stay engaged and caught up.
Brotherhood means no man walks alone.

  • You may request this on your application.

While we do our best to honor pairings, our primary goal is spiritual alignment and group balance—not just shared history.
If you’re both hungry and ready, chances are good.

  • Level 1 lays the foundation.
Men who complete it are invited to continue into:

    • Level 2: Scriptural Fluency + Spiritual Gifts

    • Level 3: Spiritual Warfare + Kingdom Leadership

Some men return to earlier levels for deeper reflection. Others are invited to become facilitators and multiply the work.
This isn’t a one-time thing. It’s the start of a new way of life.
